Reports To: Finance Manager

Location: Head Office - Rawalpindi

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and finalization of supporting documents for payments.
  • Reconciliation of payments in line with GRNs, agreements and purchase orders.
  • Preparation of payment instruments and obtaining approval from relevant authorities and signatories.
  • Recording of all payments in accounting system.
  • Recording and maintaining advances and timely follow-up for their subsequent adjustment.
  • Responsible for neatly maintaining all voucher archives (off-site), sorted in month-wise format.
  • Maintain all other records related to finance department such as fixed assets payments, security deposits, bank related documents etc.
  • Provide assistance during internal and external audit.
  • Any other tasks or ad-hoc assignments assigned by line manager.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Master\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, ACCA, CMA Inter.
  • 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on accounts payable/receivable.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and financial/accounting software.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and audit requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under deadlines.
