Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Chartered Accountant
Location: On‑site (Headquarters) – hybrid possible
Reports to: CEO

Responsibilities:
- Lead all financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the corporation.
- Manage statutory & internal audit processes, ensure timely filing of tax returns, and maintain compliance with SECP, FBR, and international accounting standards (IFRS).
- Oversee treasury, cash‑flow management, FX risk hedging, and investor relations.
- Build a high‑performing finance team: accounts‑payable, receivable, payroll, financial reporting, and FP&A.
- Implement financial controls, internal audit mechanisms, and risk‑mitigation strategies.
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business‑development, pricing, and expansion decisions.

Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 12‑15 yrs experience, 5 + yrs in CFO / Finance Director role.
- Proven track record managing USD 50 M+ revenue businesses, preferably in BPO/IT services.
- Expertise in IFRS, corporate tax, transfer‑pricing, and cross‑border financial management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), financial consolidation tools, and BI dashboards.
