Senior Manager Finance & Accounts

Financial Management:

• Ensure timely accurate data entry of all offices (Regions/districts/projects).
• Monitor restricted/unrestricted expenses and funds amortization.
• Ensure timely Bank and cash reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance in Procurement, Payments, advances and Project funds.
• Ensure Fixed Assets / inventory management across all offices.
• Monitor fund transfers, reconciliations, and donor reporting.
• Monitor restricted/unrestricted funds management and compliance.
• Manage regional and districts financial statements as per IFRS.
• Lead budgeting, planning, and variance analysis.
• Ensured statutory compliance (SECP, FBR, etc.).
• Strengthened financial controls.

Internal Audit & Compliance

• Able to design quarterly/annual audit plans based on risk assessments.
• Supervise all audits (virtual/Pre & Post project audits, Risk based audits.
• Ensure compliance with AKFP Polices, SOPs donor, and statutory requirements.
• Monitor findings / observations, corrective measures and action plans
• Strengthened internal controls and risk registers.
• Manage audit readiness for donor - funded projects.
• Ensured statutory compliance (SECP, FBR, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
