Head of Compliance (Inbound & Outbound Services)
Location: Hybrid – Head Office + key regional offices.
Reports to: CEO / General Counsel.

Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a compliance framework covering all inbound/outbound call‑center operations, software‑development, and digital‑marketing services.
- Monitor regulatory changes (PITB, PTA, data‑protection, telecom licensing, consumer‑rights, anti‑money‑laundering) and update policies accordingly.
- Conduct regular compliance audits, risk assessments, and internal reviews; report findings to senior management and the board.
- Draft and enforce SOPs for data security, privacy (GDPR, PDPA), call‑recording, consent management, and quality assurance.
- Liaise with regulators, auditors, and certification bodies (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI DSS) to ensure certifications are obtained and maintained.
- Create a whistle‑blowing channel and oversee investigations of compliance breaches.
- Provide compliance training to all staff and maintain a centralized compliance dashboard.

Requirements:
- 8‑12 yrs compliance or legal experience, 4 + yrs in BPO/call‑center or IT services.
- Certified Compliance Officer (CCO) or equivalent, law degree advantageous.
- Deep familiarity with Pakistani telecom & data‑protection regulations and international standards (GDPR, CCPA, ISO 27001).
- Experience managing multi‑jurisdictional compliance programs.
- Strong analytical, risk‑assessment, and documentation skills.

Pay: From Rs80,000.00 per month
