We are currently seeking a Junior Law Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring legal compliance across the organization and provide support in reviewing, drafting, and managing legal documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Support the legal team in corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
• Conduct legal research and prepare reports or summaries for management.
• Help ensure company compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external legal consultants as needed.
• Provide general legal administrative support to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar legal or compliance role.
• Strong understanding of corporate and contract law.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
