Legal Documentation Assistant (On-site and Remote)

Job Overview:
We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated fresh graduates to join our team as Legal Documentation Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your professional career in an organized and professional environment, supporting our team in handling documentation, correspondence, and client files.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain client and company documents.
  • Assist in record-keeping, data entry, and file management.
  • Draft and proofread correspondence and internal reports.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and maintain filing systems.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and team members via phone, email, and in person.
  • Ensure confidentiality of all company and client-related information.
  • Support the department in meeting daily goals and deadlines.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (English Literature or related field preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a professional setting.

Location:
This position is based in Bahria Town Phase 07, Islamabad. Applicants must be able to commute to the workplace.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs43,000.00 per month
