We're looking for a diligent and organized Office Assistant (or Admin Support Executive) to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. If you're someone who pays close attention to detail and enjoys keeping things organized, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Management: Efficiently print, scan, copy, and file various documents, ensuring all paperwork is properly organized and easily accessible.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain and update physical and digital filing systems, ensuring document integrity and confidentiality.
  • Data Entry: Create and manage basic spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel, accurately entering and organizing data as required.
  • Office Supplies: Assist with monitoring and replenishing office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • General Support: Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed to support the team and office functions.
