OPS Excellence Analyst

Support the Ops Excellence initiative by conducting business analyses, standardizing processes, supporting training quality, and building tools for operational efficiency. This role plays a key part in improving process discipline, team performance, and issue resolution across the operations network.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Process & Training Optimization
  • Support finalization of SOPs and JI manuals including formatting, versioning, and templates.
  • Track and follow up on field training schedules, employee attendance, and test results.
  • Audit trainers to ensure delivery quality of JI sessions and adherence to methodology.
  • Consolidate operations team feedback and support JI optimization roadmap.
  • Operational Excellence Tools & Reporting
  • Develop dashboards to monitor training scores, audit results, and operational KPIs.
  • Track process compliance, people readiness, and performance delivery metrics.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues and develop preventative actions.
  • Monitor area scores and collaborate with operations team on improvement actions.
  • Cross-functional Support
  • Engage with operations team to gather on-ground insights and identify bottlenecks.
  • Support rollout of new processes and tools through strong documentation and testing.
  • Provide data and reports to support management decision-making.


REQUIREMENTS
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 0–2 years of experience in operations, process improvement, or project coordination—preferably in a fast-paced or customer-facing environment (F&B or retail is a plus).
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and/or training delivery is an advantage.
  • Skills & Tools:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Comfort with documentation, SOP writing, and formatting.
  • Basic familiarity with root cause analysis frameworks (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram).
