Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies and develop solutions to optimize operational performance.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of current processes and recommend improvements.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging tools such as Lean Six Sigma methodologies, to drive efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct root cause analysis for process failures, working with stakeholders to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence.
• Document and communicate process changes, ensuring team members understand new procedures and their impact on overall operations.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance operational knowledge and skills across the organization.
• Monitor and report on the progress of improvement projects, providing regular updates to management.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in operations, process improvement, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of process analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with various departments and levels of the organization.
• Proficient in project management and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely completion.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools that support operational excellence.
