OPTICAL TECHNICIAN / OPTICIAN

Duties and responsibilities

• Optical assembly and testing *
• Responsible for training, mentoring and coordinating the tasks of technicians in optical assembly *
• Follow scripting for testing equipment (photos, visual fields, visual acuity, etc.)
• Deliver an excellent customer service to each guest *
• Lens Fixing/ Repair *
• Lens Monthly Stock Inventory *
• Lens damage report *
• Lens ordering/ follow up with the correct department *
• Inventory of workshop equipment *
• Maintenance/ repair of workshop equipment *
• Computer Skills

Qualifications

• Good communication skills. *
• Optical Technician Certificate or similar *
• High school diploma or general education degree *
