OPTICIAN

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Optician, you will work directly with patients on the selection and fit of frames, lenses, and contact lenses, based on their medical and lifestyle needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients in selecting eyewear that meets their needs.
• Conduct vision tests and assess patients' optical health, utilizing knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure accurate medical coding and billing processes.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations while managing patient records and sensitive information.
• Stay updated on optical products and trends to enhance retail sales strategies.
