What You’ll Actually Do

This is an active, hands-on clinical role where you will:

• Perform diagnostic pre-testing and imaging

• Prepare patients thoroughly for the doctor

• Assist with contact lens training and education

• Manage patient flow to keep the schedule running efficiently

• Verify insurance and support billing processes

• Communicate clearly and confidently with patients and teammates

You are a key driver of the patient experience — not a background employee.

Full training is provided, but strong initiative is expected.
