Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an OR Head Nurse located in Cairo, Egypt. The OR Head Nurse will oversee and manage the nursing staff within the operating room, ensuring the highest standards of patient care. Responsibilities include coordinating and supervising daily operations, managing resources, ensuring compliance with medical protocols, and providing support to staff in critical care situations. The OR Head Nurse will also be responsible for staff training and development, maintaining patient records, and collaborating with other medical professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Nursing and Medicine skills
• Experience in Nursing Management and Critical Care Medicine
• Strong Patient Care skills
• Excellent leadership and organizational abilities
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and make quick decisions
• Fluent in both written and spoken English; proficiency in Arabic is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field; advanced certifications in nursing management are a plus
