Job Description :

Must-Have:

• We are seeking experienced Oracle Cloud Procurement Functional Consultants with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Procurement and minimum of 2 end to end implementations.
• Expertise in 3 or more Oracle Cloud Procurement modules, including Procurement, Self Service Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Supplier Qualification, Procurement Contracts

Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Run workshops with Business, Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Oracle Cloud Procurement modules. Conduct CRP sessions with Business users to finalize the business processes.
• Solution Design: Design comprehensive solutions leveraging Oracle Cloud Procurement modules to address complex business needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and standards.
• Configuration and Setup: Configure Oracle Cloud Procurement modules according to business requirements..
• Experience in integration of Oracle Fusion with third party applications. Strong understanding in Oracle Integration Cloud, FBDI, API’s etc
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test scripts to validate Oracle Cloud Procurement configurations and ensure system functionality meets business requirements.
• User Training: Conduct user training sessions to empower end users with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively utilize Oracle Cloud Procurement modules.
• Post-Implementation Support: Provide post-implementation support to end users, addressing functional inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation of Oracle Cloud modules.
• Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation including functional design documents, configuration guides, and user manuals to support Oracle Cloud Procurement implementations.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of Oracle Cloud Procurement projects within scope, budget, and timeline.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Oracle Cloud Procurement implementation, with a strong focus on functional consulting.
• Strong understanding of Procurement principles, processes, and best practices.
• Proficiency in Oracle Cloud configurations and setups related to Procurement modules.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in Oracle Cloud Procurement modules.
