Role and Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle Procurement Cloud modules

Analyse business and software requirements, define solution parameters, specifications, and architecture

Conduct formal workshops with stakeholder to gather requirements, displaying knowledge of the business environment in defining the business needs

Lead solution design, estimations, and high-level planning aligned with project implementation

Negotiates and manages functional scope to minimize business and technical risks
-
Demonstrates deep professional expertise and broad industry knowledge of technologies, tools, and methodologies to design and deliver effective solutions in high-impact situations

Manage stakeholder expectations and handle complex situations during implementation cycles
-
Support integration across Oracle SCM modules and with Finance, Projects, and other enterprise systems
-
Manage project documentation in accordance with OUM methodology and ensure quality across all implementation phases
-
Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations

Perform software version control and maintain periodic compilation schedule
-
Should be able to review the technical solution designs, configuration aligned with the functional solution

Own and manage ongoing system maintenance, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications and Experience:
-
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field

5–10+ years of Oracle Cloud SCM implementation experience

Proven track record of at least 5 end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM implementations, including Procurement-focused projects

Hands-on experience in implementing Procurement Contracts in at least one project

Strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud SCM modules: SSP, Purchasing, Sourcing, SQM, Procurement Contracts, Inventory, Order Management etc...

High-level understanding of integrations between SCM and other enterprise systems (Finance, HCM, Projects, EPM)

Strong communication skills with the ability to work in multicultural environments

Experience in Media Industry is a plus

Fluent in English and Arabic is a plus
