Role: Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM as a Techno-Functional Consultant.
• Proven success in Oracle HCM implementations and support

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand processes and gather requirements.
• Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Recruitment, Talent, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Build reports and dashboards using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fast Formulas.
• Perform integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, HDL/FDI, and HCM Extracts.
• Lead data migrations and validations during implementations/upgrades.
• Conduct testing and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Provide post-implementation support and user training.
• Stay updated on Oracle Fusion HCM features and patches.

Technical Skills:

• BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas.
• HDL, HSDL, Application Security, Workflows, Page Customizations.
• Data migration from legacy systems.
• Oracle Cloud Integration tools, OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, Apex, ATP.
• SaaS extensions using VBCS.
• SQL, PL/SQL, and debugging tools.

Functional Skills:

• Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Core HR, Recruitment, Absence, Payroll, Talent.
• Security Roles, AOR, and Compensation Workforce.
• Exposure to HR Help Desk and Employee Engagement modules is a plus.
