ROLE_DESCRIPTION -
"• Experience of Implementing Oracle Fusion: ORC, Talent, Learning
- Experience of Multi Region / Country Oracle HCM, ORC, Talent Configuration & Administration
- Experience of HCM Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation
- Prior experience in customization (DFF and EFF), customization of reports, defining concurrent programs, defining value sets, defining form functions and functional setups.
- Expertise in development, implementation, and customization of Workflows Experienced with Full Project life cycle and well versed with agile & Waterfall Analysis
- Experience on Oracle Journeys
- Experience of working with Oracle SR process for issue resolution & escalation
- Familiar with Agile & Waterfall methodology.
- Experience of conducting CRP (Conf room pilot) and fit gap analysis.
- Experience with Oracle Redwood Design System
