Oracle Consulting Project Manager (UAE)

Job Description

Oracle seeks an experienced consulting professional with a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes, and technology designs within a product/technology family. The role involves independently providing quality work products for engagements, delivering functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements, and ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within time and budget constraints. Candidates will lead solution design and implementation, act as a team lead, provide coaching and guidance, consult with customer management, participate in business development, and develop detailed project plans. Travel as needed is required.

Responsibilities

• Implement Oracle products and technology, applying Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.
• Lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagements, ensuring high quality and integration.
• Act as team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to develop team members' skills.
• Consult with management of customer organizations to align solutions with business objectives.
• Participate in business development activities to support new client acquisition.
• Develop and lead detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

Qualifications

• 6 8 years of relevant experience, including 3 4 years of consulting experience.
• Undergraduate degree (or equivalent experience) preferred.
• Product or technical expertise relevant to the practice focus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with team members and clients.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud and/or on prem complex implementations.
• PM methodology certification (required) and Scrum Master certification (advantage).
• Strong analytical, time management, and problem solving skills.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., French, Arabic) are a plus.
• International and cross cultural project management experience.
