Responsibilities:

Oracle Fusion CX Implementation:
Lead and actively participate in the design, configuration, and deployment of the Oracle Fusion CX modules. Candidate must have worked on at least 3 of the following modules: Oracle Fusion Sales Enterprise, Oracle Eloqua for Marketing, Oracle Fusion Service Enterprise, Oracle Field Service, Oracle CPQ Cloud.

Requirements Analysis:
Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring the CX solution aligns with the company's needs.

Solution Development:
Design, customize, and develop CX solutions within Oracle Fusion to meet business requirements.

System Integration:
Integrate the CX module with other ERP components and external systems as required, ensuring seamless coordination between CX and other ERP components.

Testing and Quality Assurance:
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the CX system operates efficiently, meeting quality and performance standards.

User Training:
Provide training and guidance to end-users and stakeholders, ensuring they can effectively utilize the CX system.

Documentation:
Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, customizations, and system processes.

Support and Maintenance:
Offer ongoing support and resolve system issues, providing timely solutions and updates as needed.

ERP Deployment:
Utilize your extensive experience in Oracle Fusion CX by actively participating in the deployment of ERP systems.

Continuous Improvement:
Stay informed about industry trends and Oracle Fusion updates and recommend improvements to optimize the CX modules.

Business Partnership –
the role holder will be working with the Sales, Sales Effectiveness, Service Team as a partner.
Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business, or Information Technology.

A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion's CX modules, with a strong emphasis on at least 3 of the following modules: Oracle Fusion Sales Enterprise, Oracle Eloqua for Marketing, Oracle Fusion Service Enterprise, Oracle Field Service, Oracle CPQ Cloud.

Working on the following modules is a plus: Oracle Subscription Management, Oracle Enterprise Contracts, and Oracle Digital Customer Service.

Proven experience in successfully deploying at least two ERP systems, with a focus on CX.

In-depth knowledge of CX concepts, processes, best practices.

Proficiency in Oracle Fusion applications, including customization and configuration.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.

Oracle certifications in Fusion CX is a plus.
