Oracle CX Developer – Cloud Consultant

Experience : 3-4 years (Relevant)
Location: Dubai (Onsite)
Notice Period : Immediate - 30 days
Project Implementation: 3-5 (mandatory)

Job Summary:

Resource would be primarily working as a technical resource handling developments in Oracle CX CRM in CLOUD environment for Freezone. Working experience in developing custom objects in Oracle CX SAAS, VBCS and ICS is a must. Working experience in CPQ would be an added advantage Resource should have capabilities to understand Business and System requirements of a Freezone and design the technical and High level design of applications/services.

1. Roles & Responsibility:

• Experience on SaaS applications – Oracle CX Sales and service Cloud (Part of Engagement Cloud), Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua).
• Exposure to development of other Freezone modules like Customer Service, Registration, Leasing, Licensing & ADMIN in CX Cloud can be deciding factor for selection or this role.
• Good Knowledge on all modules of Oracle Engagement Cloud.
• Should have worked extensively in Application Composer for creation of new objects, extensions to standard objects.
• Proficiency GROOVY Scripting MUST.
• Working knowledge in VBCS, ICS components is a must
• Knowledge of CPQ, Bigmachine coding and integration with Engagement cloud would be an added advantage
• Strong Programming skills, as well as the ability to review complex code bases written by others.
• Understanding of Cloud Architecture.
• Should have knowledge on Data Migration, Change Management
• Proficient in Groovy Scripting and Object Customization.
• Should be able to build workflows, triggers, and Field Updates.
• Integrations and Extension to PaaS (Workflow, Reports, APIs, and Error Handling).
• Experience in Fusion CRM BI Dashboards and OTBI Analytics Cloud.
• Knowledge of other CX products like Oracle CPQ is an advantage.

3. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Management with 3+ years of experience in development and Object Customization in Oracle CX Sales and service Cloud applications.
• Should have sound knowledge and hands on experience of Groovy script development and new custom objects development using application composer
• Should have hands on experience in development of custom UI pages using VBCS.
• Should have hands on experience in Third party application integration leveraging SOAP/REST APIs.
• Should have hands on experience on ICS and IDCS cloud and its integration components
• Should have hands on experience in developing reports and
• Strong Programming skills, as well as the ability to review complex code bases written by others.

Desirable:

• Experience in Fusion CRM BI Dashboards and OTBI Analytics Cloud
• Knowledge of other CX products like Oracle CPQ

4. Mandatory Experience.

• Proficiency in Object Customization in Oracle CX sales and Service Cloud applications.
• 3-5 projects Implementation experience in above technologies preferred.
• Project Management methodology applied to software development projects

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
