Oracle CX Senior Consultant

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle CX Senior Consultant to join our growing Oracle practice. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end Oracle Customer Experience (CX) implementations, working closely with enterprise and government clients to design, configure, and deploy scalable Oracle CX solutions.
This is a client-facing role requiring strong consulting, solution design, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle Oracle CX implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and CX Unity.
- Gather business requirements and conduct client workshops.
- Design, configure, and deploy Oracle CX solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Develop functional specifications, solution designs, and integration requirements.
- Manage project deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Lead testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation support activities.
- Provide strategic advisory services to clients on Oracle CX best practices.
- Support pre-sales activities, proposals, and solution demonstrations.
Required Qualifications Experience
- 10+ years of Oracle CX implementation experience.
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end Oracle CX projects.
- Experience implementing at least four of the following:
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Marketing Cloud (Eloqua/Responsys)
- CPQ
- CX Unity / Customer Data Platform
- Consulting or system integrator experience preferred.
Technical Skills
- Oracle Sales Cloud configuration and implementation.
- Oracle Service Cloud case management and customer service solutions.
- Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua and/or Responsys).
- Oracle CPQ implementation, scripting, and customization.
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Data migration, REST APIs, and integration design.
Certifications
Mandatory:
- Oracle Cloud CX Sales Implementation Professional Certification.
Preferred:
- Oracle Service Cloud Certification.
- Oracle CPQ Certification.
- Oracle Marketing Cloud Certification.
- Oracle CX Unity Certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Commerce Cloud.
- Experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud.
- Knowledge of Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
- Agile/Scrum project delivery experience.
- Government or Financial Services industry experience.
