Location: Qatar

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle CX Senior Consultant to join our growing Oracle practice. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end Oracle Customer Experience (CX) implementations, working closely with enterprise and government clients to design, configure, and deploy scalable Oracle CX solutions.

This is a client-facing role requiring strong consulting, solution design, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle Oracle CX implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and CX Unity.
  • Gather business requirements and conduct client workshops.
  • Design, configure, and deploy Oracle CX solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop functional specifications, solution designs, and integration requirements.
  • Manage project deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Lead testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation support activities.
  • Provide strategic advisory services to clients on Oracle CX best practices.
  • Support pre-sales activities, proposals, and solution demonstrations.

Required Qualifications Experience

  • 10+ years of Oracle CX implementation experience.
  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end Oracle CX projects.
  • Experience implementing at least four of the following:
  • Sales Cloud
  • Service Cloud
  • Marketing Cloud (Eloqua/Responsys)
  • CPQ
  • CX Unity / Customer Data Platform
  • Consulting or system integrator experience preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Oracle Sales Cloud configuration and implementation.
  • Oracle Service Cloud case management and customer service solutions.
  • Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua and/or Responsys).
  • Oracle CPQ implementation, scripting, and customization.
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Data migration, REST APIs, and integration design.

Certifications

Mandatory:

  • Oracle Cloud CX Sales Implementation Professional Certification.

Preferred:

  • Oracle Service Cloud Certification.
  • Oracle CPQ Certification.
  • Oracle Marketing Cloud Certification.
  • Oracle CX Unity Certification.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle Commerce Cloud.
  • Experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
  • Agile/Scrum project delivery experience.
  • Government or Financial Services industry experience.
