Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Database Developer with strong expertise in Oracle 19c and Linux Shell Scripting. The role will involve supporting and developing database solutions for US Regulatory applications, collaborating closely with development and cloud teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with development teams to implement Oracle 19c database solutions for regulatory applications.
• Develop and maintain PL/SQL procedures, packages, indexes, and performance-tuned SQL queries.
• Create and manage scripts using Linux Shell Scripting for automation and deployment tasks.
• Work on SQL Loader, dynamic SQL, partitions, and database performance optimization.
• Support cloud and database migration initiatives on AWS and GCP.
• Follow Agile practices and contribute to high-quality deliverables in a globally distributed environment.
• Participate in version control and CI/CD processes using Git, GitHub, Ansible, and Jenkins.
• Use JIRA for requirement tracking and sprint planning.
• Support onboarding activities and ensure timely project delivery.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle 19c
• Need 7+ years of Exp.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, performance tuning, and database architecture
• Experience with Linux Shell Scripting
• Familiarity with SQL Loader, indexes, partitions, and dynamic SQL
• Knowledge of Git, GitHub, Jenkins, and Ansible
• Exposure to AWS cloud services and DB migration
• Good to have: Terraform for infrastructure automation
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work in the UK Shift (12 PM to 9 PM IST)
