Oracle Maintenance Cloud Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Maintenance Cloud Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Maintenance (EAM). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations, business process mapping, and integration with SCM modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation of Oracle Maintenance Cloud (Fusion EAM).
  
• Gather business requirements, design solutions, configure Functional Setup Manager (FSM), and perform testing (CRP, UAT, SIT).
  
• Configure and support Work Orders, Asset Management, Asset Hierarchies, Preventive/Corrective Maintenance, Maintenance Programs, and Maintenance Forecasting.
  
• Integrate Maintenance Cloud with Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning (SCP), and Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
  
• Support data migration, conversions, and reporting using FBDI, ADFdi, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to provide functional expertise and system solutions.
  
• Provide post-implementation support, enhancements, and issue resolution.

Required Skills

• 5–10 years of overall experience with minimum 2–3 full-cycle Oracle Maintenance Cloud implementations.
  
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Maintenance Cloud (EAM) processes.
  
• Experience in configuring Preventive/Corrective Maintenance, Work Orders, Resource Planning, Spare Parts Management, and Maintenance Forecasting.
  
• Good understanding of cross-functional modules: SCM, Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory, and PPM.
  
• Familiarity with data migration tools (FBDI/ADFdi) and reporting (OTBI, BI Publisher).
  
• Strong business process knowledge in Plant/Facility/Enterprise Asset Management.
  
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Good to Have

• Oracle Certification in Maintenance Cloud / SCM Cloud.
  
• Knowledge of IoT Predictive Maintenance.
  
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
