Oracle Developer (PL/SQL)
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
- Design, develop, and implement efficient PL/SQL code to support application functionality and data management
- Work with end-users and business analysts to gather requirements and transform them into technical specifications
- Optimize existing PL/SQL code for performance, ensuring that applications are responsive and efficient
- Develop and maintain database objects such as tables, views, indexes, and stored procedures
- Perform thorough testing and debugging of database applications and scripts to ensure reliability and accuracy
- Create and maintain documentation regarding database structures, processes, and workflows
- Monitor database performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency
- Keep abreast of new database technologies and best practices to continually enhance skills and knowledge
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing

Collaborate with other developers and teams to integrate database solutions with other applications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL development
- Strong proficiency in writing, debugging, and optimizing PL/SQL code
- Experience with Oracle Database architecture, performance tuning, and query optimization
- Familiarity with database design principles and data modeling
- Good understanding of SQL and relational database management systems (RDBMS)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Knowledge of Oracle Application Express (APEX) or other Oracle development tools is a plus
