We are looking for an Oracle EBS developer responsible for technical delivery of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) projects, including implementations, upgrades, integrations, and support. This role requires deep expertise in Oracle EBS modules, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Description:

• Position is for a Technical Professional, with implementation background in Oracle EBS Implementations and upgrades. Lead the technical design, development, and deployment of Oracle EBS solutions across projects - contracts modules.
• Collaborate with functional analysts, business stakeholders, and project managers to gather requirements and define technical specifications.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, resource allocation, development, testing, and deployment.
• Oversee customizations, extensions, interfaces, and reports (RICE components).
• Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to development standards, and perform performance tuning.
• Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance.
• Maintain technical documentation, including CV40/CV60, MD50/MD70 specs, user guides, and support materials.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes and enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with Oracle best practices, security standards, and change management protocols.
• Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing excellence in customer service support, diagnosis, replication, resolving Functional issues of complex and critical service requests. The focus of this position is to provide Customer Service on a Technical level and to ultimately drive complete and total resolution of each issue reported by customer.
• After post go-live provide customer production support, tracking incidents, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of complicated and critical cases.
• The key skills used daily are - high level of technical skills, Oracle products knowledge, problem solving skills, and customer interaction/service expertise.
• It is an opportunity to work with Cloud and On-Premises customers. This work includes:

• Resolving highly complex and mission-critical issues
• Serve as Situation Manager on highly sensitive issues
• Formal mentoring for promoting the technical and professional development of others
• Creation/review of Knowledge Articles

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle ERP EBS implementation, upgrade & support.
• Worked in 5 or more Oracle EBS implementations or support projects as a Developer consultant
• Should have Strong Financials/Supply Chain business processes knowledge and concepts.
• Ability to design, code, test and deploy Oracle EBS Financials software and associated CEMLI.
• Solid skills and ability to lead team using Oracle SQL, PL/SQL. Oracle Forms, Reports (RDF/RTF)
• Oracle Workflow, Oracle Application Framework (OAF), XML Publisher, Unix Shell Scripting
• Strong understanding of EBS modules: GL, AP, AR, PO, INV, OM, WIP, BOM, HRMS.
• Experience with system integrations, APIs, and outbound conversions.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud (Fusion) is a plus.
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, ServiceNow, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
