Oracle EBS HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to be based in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle EBS R12.2.x HRMS modules and hands-on experience in supporting, configuring, and enhancing HR systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or any related field
• 8+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.x
• Strong functional expertise in Core HRMS, Payroll, Absence, Performance Management
• Technical working knowledge of PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow, and Oracle Reports (XML)
• Arabic-speaking is mandatory
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good-to-Have experience in iRecruitment
• Prior experience working in large enterprise or government environments
• Candidate must be based in Saudi Arabia, preferably in Riyadh.
• Must hold a transferable Iqama.
