Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise across HRMS modules: Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR, Oracle Learning Management (OLM), and iRecruitment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve workflow failures, concurrent program errors, and data inconsistencies.
- Support statutory and regulatory compliance for Payroll (e.g., tax updates, reporting).
- Manage integration of HRMS with third-party applications.
