Oracle EBS Project Planning Consultant – Arabic Speaker – Riyadh
Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans within Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Projects, including work breakdown structures, schedules, milestones, and resource allocations.

Plan, monitor, and control project budgets, costs, commitments, revenue, and billing using Oracle EBS Projects modules.

Track project performance against approved scope, timelines, and financial baselines, identifying variances and corrective actions.

Generate and analyze project progress, financial, and performance reports for management and key stakeholders.

Provide functional expertise and advisory support to project managers, finance teams, and senior management on Oracle EBS Projects best practices.

Support the implementation, configuration, testing, and optimization of Oracle EBS Projects (PA) modules.

Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional designs and system configurations.

Ensure accurate integration of Oracle EBS Projects with Financials modules such as GL, AP, AR, and Purchasing.

Support month-end and period-end project accounting, reconciliation, and reporting activities.

Identify and resolve functional issues related to project planning, costing, billing, and reporting within Oracle EBS.

Assist with user training, knowledge transfer, and preparation of functional documentation.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and audit requirements related to project accounting and reporting.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project visibility, financial control, and system efficiency.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite Projects Planning modules.

Strong experience in project planning, costing, budgeting, billing, and financial reporting within Oracle EBS.

Proven ability to develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource structures in Oracle EBS.

Experience generating management reports, dashboards, and financial analysis for project performance tracking.

Strong functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Financials and integrations with GL, AP, AR, and Purchasing.

Experience supporting EBS implementation, configuration, enhancements, and system optimization initiatives.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-
Oracle EBS or related ERP certifications are an advantage.
