Role Overview
We are looking for an Oracle EPM Consultant with hands-on experience across EPBCS (must-have) and exposure to FCCS/PCMCS/ARCS. You will partner with FP&A and finance stakeholders to design and implement planning, consolidation, reconciliation, and allocation solutions using Oracle EPM Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead/participate in design and development of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions (EPBCS required; FCCS/PCMCS/ARCS preferred)
• Build and maintain forms, rules (Groovy/Calc Manager), calculation scripts, and dimensional models
• Implement planning and forecasting processes (bottom-up, driver-based, scenario modeling)
• Configure consolidations, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and account reconciliations
• Develop and maintain data integrations (FDMEE on-prem and Cloud Data Exchange), mappings, and automations
• Create automations using EPM Automate, REST APIs, batch/shell scripts
• Analyze, debug, and resolve EPBCS/FCCS configuration and performance issues
• Ensure data quality, security, and governance; produce solution and technical documentation
• Train users, support UAT, and provide production support as needed

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years overall with 5+ years in Oracle Cloud EPM applications
• Strong EPBCS implementation experience (must-have)
• Working knowledge of Essbase multi-dimensional concepts and performance tuning
• Hands-on Groovy business rules, Calc Manager, and scripting (Shell/Batch)
• Experience with data integration (FDMEE, Data Exchange), REST APIs, and EPM Automate
• Solid understanding of FP&A processes: planning, allocations, reconciliations, consolidations, currency translation

Nice-to-Have

• On-prem Hyperion Essbase, Oracle DRM/DRG
• SQL proficiency for data validation and custom extracts
• Smart View, report building, and security/approval workflows
• Broader exposure to EPM tools within large application ecosystems

Work Model

• Remote role collaborating with global finance and technology stakeholders

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
