Oracle EPM Integration Specialist (Planning / FCCS / ARCS)

Job Overview
CloudADDIE is looking for an Oracle EPM Integration Specialist to support and deliver integrations across Oracle Planning, FCCS, and ARCS environments. This role sits at the intersection of finance, EPM, and ERP systems (Oracle R12, SAP) and is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex data and integration challenges.

You’ll work closely with finance teams, EPM architects, and ERP stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow, accuracy, and performance across systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and support integrations between Oracle EPM (Planning, FCCS, ARCS) and ERP systems (Oracle R12, SAP, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines, mappings, and transformation logic
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data load, mapping, and integration issues
  • Support monthly close, planning cycles, and reconciliation processes
  • Collaborate with finance teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment across systems
  • Assist with metadata synchronization and dimensional consistency
  • Optimize integration performance and reduce manual processes
  • Document integration workflows and provide user support

Work with tools such as:

  • Data Management / FDMEE
  • EPM Automate
  • REST APIs
  • Flat file / batch integrations

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in Oracle EPM integrations
  • Experience integrating with ERP systems (Oracle R12, SAP, or similar)
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment

Hands-on experience with:

  • Oracle Planning and/or FCCS
  • ARCS (preferred)
  • Data Management / FDMEE

Familiarity with:

  • REST APIs
  • File-based integrations
  • Data mapping and transformation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with multiple EPM modules (Planning + FCCS + ARCS)
  • Knowledge of Essbase / calculation logic
  • Exposure to cloud integrations and automation frameworks
  • Consulting or client-facing experience
  • Understanding of financial processes (close, planning, reconciliations)

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
