We are looking for an experienced
Oracle ERP Business Analyst
to analyze, design, and enhance business processes across Finance, Procurement, HR, and Supply Chain functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
Oracle ERP Cloud or E-Business Suite
and the ability to bridge business requirements with ERP capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements across multiple functions

Analyze current (As-Is) processes and design optimized (To-Be) workflows aligned with Oracle best practices

Conduct Fit-Gap analysis to identify improvement areas and recommend solutions

Prepare key documentation including BRD, Functional Specs, and Business Blueprints

Collaborate with Oracle Functional and Technical teams to ensure proper solution design

Support UAT, change impact assessments, and ERP roadmap planning

Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders
Requirements
-
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including 2-3 years on Oracle ERP projects. Strong understanding of Oracle ERP modules (Finance, SCM, Procurement, HCM). Proficiency in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN 2.0). Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience preparing BRD, To-Be Design, and Fit-Gap documentation

Familiarity with product management tools (TFS, JIRA)

Relevant certifications (e.g., CSPO, CBAP, PMI-BA) are highly preferred

Capacity to work independently and remotely while effectively managing time and priorities

Demonstrated ability to think strategically and contribute to high-level decision-making

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ARIS
