Oracle ERP Systems Lead

Job Summary:

• The Lead – ERP Systems will be responsible for managing the support and development of the organization’s ERP platforms, ensuring seamless operations, continuous improvements, and alignment with business objectives. This role requires hands-on leadership, strategic planning, and effective stakeholder engagement to drive system enhancements, performance, and user satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of ERP functional and technical resources responsible for application support, enhancements, and custom development.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP-related matters across Finance, HR, Procurement, and other departments.
• Ensure high availability and performance of the ERP system through proactive monitoring, issue resolution, and capacity planning.
• Manage incident, change, and release processes in line with ITIL best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, prioritize backlogs, and implement scalable solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end development lifecycle—from requirements gathering to deployment—for new features, integrations, and reports.
• Conduct regular system reviews, identify areas for improvement, and drive automation or optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage third-party vendors, contracts, and SLAs associated with ERP platforms and services.
• Provide regular status updates, KPIs, and risk assessments to senior management

Required skills and Qualifications:

• bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. +10 years of experience in Oracle ERP systems management.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP platforms and their functional modules (Finance, HR, Procurement, etc.).

• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ERP governance frameworks.
