Job Summary:

The Lead – ERP Systems will be responsible for managing the support and development of the organization’s ERP platforms, ensuring seamless operations, continuous improvements, and alignment with business objectives. This role requires hands-on leadership, strategic planning, and effective stakeholder engagement to drive system enhancements, performance, and user satisfaction
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of ERP functional and technical resources responsible for application support, enhancements, and custom development.

Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP-related matters across Finance, HR, Procurement, and other departments.

Ensure high availability and performance of the ERP system through proactive monitoring, issue resolution, and capacity planning.

Manage incident, change, and release processes in line with ITIL best practices.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, prioritize backlogs, and implement scalable solutions.

Oversee end-to-end development lifecycle—from requirements gathering to deployment—for new features, integrations, and reports.

Conduct regular system reviews, identify areas for improvement, and drive automation or optimization initiatives.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit, and regulatory requirements.

Manage third-party vendors, contracts, and SLAs associated with ERP platforms and services.

Provide regular status updates, KPIs, and risk assessments to senior management
Required skills and Qualifications:
-
bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. +10 years of experience in Oracle ERP systems management.

Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP platforms and their functional modules (Finance, HR, Procurement, etc.).

Hands-on experience in integration projects, customizations, and report/dashboard development.

Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ERP governance frameworks.
