Job Title: Oracle FAH Consultant (Techno-Functional)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle FAH Consultant to manage end-to-end accounting rule configuration, system integration, and support for Financial Accounting Hub (FAH). The role involves working closely with finance and technical teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient financial processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements for accounting rules from multiple source systems.
• Configure FAH setups — sources, event models, journal line types, mapping sets, and account derivation rules.
• Integrate FAH with Oracle GL and support month-end/year-end processes.
• Develop and maintain inbound/outbound FAH interfaces.
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize FAH performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Computer Science.
• 5+ years of Oracle EBS R12 experience with 3+ years in FAH (Techno-Functional).
• Strong understanding of Subledger Accounting (SLA).
• Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, and interface development.
• Excellent collaboration skills with both finance and technical teams.
