Oracle Financial Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant to implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Financials solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of financial processes and hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead or support the implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials modules such as: General Ledger (GL) ,Accounts Payable (AP) ,Accounts Receivable (AR) ,Fixed Assets (FA) ,Cash Management (CM)
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
  • Configure Oracle Fusion Finance modules to meet organizational needs
  • Perform system testing, including SIT and UAT, and support issue resolution
  • Assist in data migration, reconciliation, and validation activities
  • Provide post-go-live support and continuous system improvements
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and customizations
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
  • Deliver user training and create functional documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field
  • 3-8+ years of experience in Oracle Financials (Fusion preferred)
  • Strong understanding of core accounting principles and financial processes
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Finance configuration
  • Knowledge of end-to-end ERP implementation lifecycle
  • Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., OTBI, BI Publisher)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle Fusion Financials certification
  • Experience with ERP integrations and data migration tools
  • Exposure to Agile or hybrid project methodologies
  • Experience in multi-entity or global financial environments
