We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant to implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Financials solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of financial processes and hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support the implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials modules such as: General Ledger (GL) ,Accounts Payable (AP) ,Accounts Receivable (AR) ,Fixed Assets (FA) ,Cash Management (CM)
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Configure Oracle Fusion Finance modules to meet organizational needs
- Perform system testing, including SIT and UAT, and support issue resolution
- Assist in data migration, reconciliation, and validation activities
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous system improvements
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and customizations
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
- Deliver user training and create functional documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field
- 3-8+ years of experience in Oracle Financials (Fusion preferred)
- Strong understanding of core accounting principles and financial processes
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Finance configuration
- Knowledge of end-to-end ERP implementation lifecycle
- Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., OTBI, BI Publisher)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Fusion Financials certification
- Experience with ERP integrations and data migration tools
- Exposure to Agile or hybrid project methodologies
- Experience in multi-entity or global financial environments
