Role-Finance Expert, Oracle Fusion Sol Architect for large transformation program

Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud implementation and architecture.

Strong expertise in Finance domain processes and ERP transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

Define end-to-end architecture for Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud.

Design scalable solutions for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.

Ensure seamless integration with Procurement, Projects, and third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Implementation & Delivery

Lead large-scale finance transformation programs across multiple geographies.

Drive requirement gathering, CRP, configuration, testing, and go-live phases.

Develop technical components: HDL/HSDL loaders, BI Publisher reports, OTBI dashboards, and custom integrations.

Process Optimization

Align finance processes with global best practices for financial reporting, compliance, and audit.

Identify gaps in standard functionality and define customizations.

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with CFO office and finance teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

Provide guidance to functional and technical teams during execution.

Mandatory Skills

Expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM.

Strong knowledge of financial accounting standards and compliance.

Hands-on experience with OIC, BI Publisher, OTBI, and data migration strategies.

Proven ability to design real-time integrations between ERP and financial systems.

Preferred Skills

Experience in global rollouts for finance transformation programs.

Knowledge of Tax, Subledger Accounting (SLA), and Reporting tools.

Certifications in Oracle Fusion Financials and OCI.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor consultants.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
