Oracle Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Oracle APEX applications and responsive user interfaces.
• Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and database objects.
• Design relational database schemas, tables, indexes, views, and partitioning strategies.
• Develop and secure REST APIs using Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS).
• Optimize SQL and PL/SQL performance through query tuning and execution plan analysis.
• Perform database administration, troubleshooting, and resolution of Oracle database issues (ORA errors).
• Analyze database performance using AWR, ADDM, and ASH reports, and implement optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Support database security, backup, maintenance, and operational best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+Yrs of hands-on experience in Oracle development and database engineering.
• Strong expertise in Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, SQL optimization, and Oracle Database .
• Experience with Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS) and REST API development.
• Solid knowledge of Oracle performance tuning, schema design, partitioning, and database administration.
• Experience troubleshooting Oracle database issues and optimizing application performance.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and CSS for Oracle APEX customization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle certifications (OCP or equivalent).
• Experience with Oracle Database 19c/21c/23ai, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), or Autonomous Database.
• Knowledge of RMAN, Data Guard, RAC, Git, Liquibase, SQLcl, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience integrating Oracle applications with external systems and enterprise platforms.
