Oracle Functional Consultant

We are hiring for one of our major clients for the below role

Job Details:

Role: Oracle HCM SME

Employment Type: 6 months & possible extension for another 12 months later, outsourced for one of the consulting firms

Work Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Notice Period: Immediate joiners to a maximum of 2 weeks of notice

Required Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS HCM modules (HR, Payroll, Self Service, OTL, iRecruitment, Performance management, Compensation workbench, Learning Management, Succession Planning)
• Proven track record as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant/SME on large-scale implementations.
• In-depth understanding of HR processes including workforce administration, payroll, performance, learning, and compensation.
• Experience with functional setups, configurations, personalization, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Fast Formulas, Payroll Reporting, and EBS Security.
• Strong understanding of integrations between HCM and other enterprise applications.
• Ability to interact with business stakeholders, capture requirements, and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Oracle certifications in HCM/EBS modules are highly preferred
