Oracle Functional program Manager

🚀 We’re Hiring: Delivery Lead – Oracle Fusion (Functional)

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Functional delivery to drive end-to-end program execution, stakeholder engagement, and account governance. This role is ideal for a leader who can combine functional expertise with strong delivery oversight.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the central point of contact (PoC) for all Oracle Fusion delivery initiatives across the account
• Lead and manage functional teams across Oracle Fusion modules (Finance, Procurement, HCM, etc.)
• Drive end-to-end delivery governance , ensuring successful implementation, enhancements, and support engagements
• Oversee solution design and functional alignment , ensuring business requirements are effectively translated into Oracle Fusion capabilities
• Provide executive-level reporting , including delivery status, risks, financials, and performance metrics
• Manage client stakeholders and business users , ensuring high satisfaction and alignment with strategic objectives
• Ensure adherence to best practices, compliance standards, and Oracle implementation methodologies
• Identify and drive continuous improvement and optimization initiatives across the Oracle Fusion landscape

🔹 Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Functional delivery (ERP / HCM / Procurement)
• Proven track record in leading large-scale Oracle Fusion implementations and support programs
• Deep understanding of business processes and Oracle Fusion modules
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive interactions
• Experience in delivery governance, reporting, and account management
• Ability to lead distributed teams in a fast-paced, global environment
