Oracle Fusion Analyst / Administrator

Wadan Real Development LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Oracle Analyst / Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities :

· Provide day-to-day support to business users across Oracle Fusion SCM, Finance, and Projects modules.

· Create, manage, and maintain user accounts, roles, responsibilities, and security permissions.

· Assist users with system access, navigation, transaction processing, and issue resolution.

· Monitor and track application issues, service requests, and enhancement requests.

Functional Coordination

· Work closely with the Oracle support and implementation partner (Shahgaron) to resolve system issues and support tickets.

· Coordinate testing, validation, and deployment of fixes and system enhancements.

· Follow up on open issues and ensure timely resolution and communication to stakeholders.

Process Improvement & Implementation

· Participate in the implementation of new Oracle Fusion features, reports, workflows, and modules.

· Gather business requirements from users and document process improvement opportunities.

· Support the design and implementation of new business process flows within Oracle Fusion.

· Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and system validation activities.

Reporting & Documentation

· Support the development and validation of operational and management reports.

· Maintain system documentation, user guides, and process documentation.

· Document business requirements, configurations, and enhancement requests.

User Training & Communication

· Conduct end-user training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops.

· Prepare user manuals, quick-reference guides, and training materials.

· Act as a liaison between business users, management, and the Oracle support team.

· Communicate system changes, updates, and best practices to end users.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or a related field.

· 1–2 years of experience in ERP support, business applications, or Oracle Fusion administration.

· Basic knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM, Finance, and Projects modules.

· Understanding of business processes related to procurement, inventory, finance, project management, or operations.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Good verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to interact effectively with business users and technical teams.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

· Exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations or support environments.

· Experience with user security, role management, and workflow configurations.

· Understanding of ERP reporting and data analysis concepts.

· Experience in coordinating with external ERP implementation/support partners.

· Knowledge of procurement, inventory, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, or project accounting processes.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
