Roles & Responsibilities: - (8 -12 Yrs of Experience)

• Should be proficient in Oracle Cloud Benefits.
• Should know how to configurations and understand the integration points Benefits and Payroll.
• Should be able to analyze payroll issues related to benefits configurations.
• Should be able to own integrations, work with client to gather requirements and work with technical team to get them delivered.
• Should possess good communication skills and should take ownership of activities end to end.
