Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Consultant to join our team for a long-term onsite engagement in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise across Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Time & Labor, and Performance Management. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to design and deliver impactful HCM solutions.

Key Requirements

✔ 7–11 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM
✔ Strong understanding of HR processes and business workflows
✔ Hands-on experience in multiple end-to-end implementations
✔ Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to work independently and manage client interactions
