Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules, integration development, data migration, and reporting. The consultant will work closely with business and technical teams to design, implement, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions across multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and other systems.
• Work on data conversion and migration activities to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP using HDL, FBL, and other tools.
• Develop and customize reports and dashboards using Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, and HDL.
• Provide technical support and enhancements in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules such as Billing, AR, HR, Payroll, Time and Labor, and Absence Management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integrations, reports, and data loads.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure role-based security and compliance within Fusion Cloud applications.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for developments and integrations.

Experience:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules and ERP integrations.
• Strong technical knowledge in OIC, HDL, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
• Experience with data conversion and migration processes in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Knowledge of Fusion Security and Role-Based Access Control.
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, OIC, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, and HCM Extracts.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture and functional modules.
• Proficiency in integration design, development, and data migration methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
