The
Oracle Fusion Consultant (FIN & SCM)
will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of
Oracle Fusion Finance (FIN)
and
Supply Chain Management (SCM)
modules, including
Maintenance
. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design effective solutions, and ensure successful system deployment and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities

Configure, implement, and support
Oracle Fusion Financials
modules including
GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management
.

Configure and implement
Oracle Fusion SCM
modules including
Inventory, Procurement, Costing, and Maintenance
.

Analyze business processes and recommend Oracle Fusion solutions aligned with industry best practices.

Prepare
functional design documents (FDDs)
, test scripts, and data migration plans.

Collaborate with technical teams on
integrations, reports, and system extensions
.
-
Conduct
business workshops and end-user training sessions
to support adoption.

Support
UAT, go-live activities
, and provide post-production troubleshooting.
Skills & Competencies

Strong functional knowledge of
Oracle Fusion Financials and SCM
, including Maintenance.

Hands-on experience in
implementation, configuration, and support
of Oracle Fusion applications.

Solid understanding of
finance and supply chain business processes
.

Experience with
Oracle Fusion Reporting, OTBI, BI Publisher
, and integrations.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in
cross-functional and global teams

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in
Finance, Accounting, Business Administration
, or related field.

Oracle Fusion Functional Certification (FIN/SCM)
is preferred.

3–5 years of experience
in ERP implementation or support, preferably with
Oracle Fusion
.
