Oracle Fusion Consultant – Finance & Supply Chain

The Oracle Fusion Consultant (FIN & SCM) will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Finance (FIN) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules, including Maintenance . The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design effective solutions, and ensure successful system deployment and user adoption.


Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, implement, and support Oracle Fusion Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management .
  • Configure and implement Oracle Fusion SCM modules including Inventory, Procurement, Costing, and Maintenance .
  • Analyze business processes and recommend Oracle Fusion solutions aligned with industry best practices.
  • Prepare functional design documents (FDDs) , test scripts, and data migration plans.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, and system extensions .
  • Conduct business workshops and end-user training sessions to support adoption.
  • Support UAT, go-live activities , and provide post-production troubleshooting.


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials and SCM , including Maintenance.
  • Hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion applications.
  • Solid understanding of finance and supply chain business processes .
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Reporting, OTBI, BI Publisher , and integrations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global teams .


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration , or related field.
  • Oracle Fusion Functional Certification (FIN/SCM) is preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in ERP implementation or support, preferably with Oracle Fusion .
