Oracle Fusion Consultant – HR, Finance & Procurement Modules

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Developer with strong expertise in HRMS, Finance (Financials), and Procurement modules to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications to meet our business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion solutions across HR, Finance, and Procurement modules.
  • Lead and support end-to-end implementation and post-production support of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
  • Configure Oracle Fusion modules including HCM (Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management), Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM), and Procurement (Self-Service, Sourcing, Supplier Portal).
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure proper documentation (BRD, FRD).
  • Perform data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
  • Develop and execute test scripts for functional testing, SIT, and UAT phases.
  • Troubleshoot issues, provide resolutions, and enhance system functionality as per business needs.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors for integration and support.
  • Train end-users and support teams for smooth adoption and issue handling.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, enhancements, and project deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Applications.
  • Strong expertise in at least two core modules:
    • HRMS – Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Absence
    • Finance – GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management
    • Procurement – Self-Service Procurement, Supplier Portal, Purchasing
  • Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture and security model.
  • Strong knowledge of Fusion BI (OTBI, BIP) for reporting and analytics.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or middleware tools is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Oracle Cloud certifications in relevant modules are highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Oracle Cloud Certification in HCM/Financials/Procurement modules.
  • Prior experience in client-facing roles and global implementations.
  • Experience with Agile delivery models.

Work Location: Mumbai or Chennai (Onsite/Hybrid as per project requirement)

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days preferred
