Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- At least 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP implementation experience
- Expertise in Receivables and Advanced Collections
- General Ledger (GL) experience is mandatory
- Strong understanding of business process mapping and requirement gathering
- Experience in solution design and configurations
- Hands-on experience in data migration using FBDI
- Ability to guide teams on OTBI reporting and OIC integrations
- Good communication and presentation skills
Roles & Responsibilities- Lead and support Oracle Fusion ERP end-to-end implementations
- Conduct business workshops and translate requirements into functional solutions
- Design and recommend best-fit solutions and configurations
- Configure and implement Receivables, Advanced Collections, and GL modules
- Perform and support SIT/UAT testing cycles
- Handle data migration activities using FBDI
- Guide teams on reporting (OTBI) and integrations (OIC)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Participate in project discussions and ensure successful delivery
