Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Senior Consultant to join our growing Oracle practice. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementations, delivering robust, scalable, and audit-ready finance solutions for enterprise and government clients.
This is a client-facing role requiring strong functional expertise across Oracle Fusion Financials modules, stakeholder management skills, and proven consulting experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle Oracle Fusion Financials implementations.
- Conduct requirements gathering workshops and business process assessments.
- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Financials modules including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management (CE)
- Expense Management
- Subledger Accounting (SLA)
- Financial Reporting
- Design Chart of Accounts (CoA), enterprise structures, ledgers, legal entities, and business units.
- Lead data migration activities using FBDI and Oracle tools.
- Configure integrations with Oracle Procurement, SCM, and HCM/Payroll.
- Support CRP sessions, UAT, training, cutover, and go-live activities.
- Develop functional design documents, test scripts, and solution documentation.
- Provide post-go-live support and system optimization recommendations.
- Support pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and effort estimation.
Required QualificationsExperience
- 10+ years of Oracle Financials implementation experience.
- Minimum 6 years of Oracle Fusion Financials experience.
- Proven end-to-end implementation experience across:
- GL
- AP
- AR
- FA
- CE
- Expenses
- SLA
- Financial Reporting
- Experience working in a consulting or system integrator environment.
- Strong client-facing experience leading workshops, UAT, and go-live activities.
- Experience in multi-currency, multi-ledger, and IFRS-compliant implementations.
Technical Skills
- Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion General Ledger.
- Strong experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Hands-on Fixed Assets and Cash Management implementation experience.
- Strong knowledge of Subledger Accounting (SLA).
- Experience with Financial Reporting Studio, OTBI, Smart View, and BI Publisher.
- Experience with FBDI, REST APIs, and Oracle Cloud integrations.
- Knowledge of Oracle Procurement, SCM, and HCM integration touchpoints.
Certifications
Mandatory:
- Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials Implementation Professional Certification.
Preferred:
- Additional Oracle Fusion Financials Certifications.
- Oracle SCM, HCM, or PaaS certifications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
- Experience with Oracle Tax configuration.
- Knowledge of Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud (ARCS).
- Exposure to Oracle Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS/EPBCS).
- Agile/Scrum project delivery experience.
- Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Experience in Government, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Public Sector projects.
