Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Senior Consultant to join our growing Oracle practice. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementations, delivering robust, scalable, and audit-ready finance solutions for enterprise and government clients.

This is a client-facing role requiring strong functional expertise across Oracle Fusion Financials modules, stakeholder management skills, and proven consulting experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle Oracle Fusion Financials implementations.
  • Conduct requirements gathering workshops and business process assessments.
  • Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Financials modules including:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Fixed Assets (FA)
  • Cash Management (CE)
  • Expense Management
  • Subledger Accounting (SLA)
  • Financial Reporting
  • Design Chart of Accounts (CoA), enterprise structures, ledgers, legal entities, and business units.
  • Lead data migration activities using FBDI and Oracle tools.
  • Configure integrations with Oracle Procurement, SCM, and HCM/Payroll.
  • Support CRP sessions, UAT, training, cutover, and go-live activities.
  • Develop functional design documents, test scripts, and solution documentation.
  • Provide post-go-live support and system optimization recommendations.
  • Support pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and effort estimation.

Required QualificationsExperience

  • 10+ years of Oracle Financials implementation experience.
  • Minimum 6 years of Oracle Fusion Financials experience.
  • Proven end-to-end implementation experience across:
  • GL
  • AP
  • AR
  • FA
  • CE
  • Expenses
  • SLA
  • Financial Reporting
  • Experience working in a consulting or system integrator environment.
  • Strong client-facing experience leading workshops, UAT, and go-live activities.
  • Experience in multi-currency, multi-ledger, and IFRS-compliant implementations.

Technical Skills

  • Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion General Ledger.
  • Strong experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Hands-on Fixed Assets and Cash Management implementation experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Subledger Accounting (SLA).
  • Experience with Financial Reporting Studio, OTBI, Smart View, and BI Publisher.
  • Experience with FBDI, REST APIs, and Oracle Cloud integrations.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Procurement, SCM, and HCM integration touchpoints.

Certifications

Mandatory:

  • Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials Implementation Professional Certification.

Preferred:

  • Additional Oracle Fusion Financials Certifications.
  • Oracle SCM, HCM, or PaaS certifications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
  • Experience with Oracle Tax configuration.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud (ARCS).
  • Exposure to Oracle Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS/EPBCS).
  • Agile/Scrum project delivery experience.
  • Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Experience in Government, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Public Sector projects.
