Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic MBA (HR) graduates to join as Oracle Fusion HCM Freshers. This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in HR technology and want to build a career in Oracle Fusion HCM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules
• Understand and document HR business processes
• Support data entry, validation, and system testing activities
• Work closely with functional teams and stakeholders
• Participate in training and knowledge transfer sessions
• Provide basic user support and documentation

Qualification: MBA(HR)
