Role: Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

Location: Islamabad / Lahore, Pakistan

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

o Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Time & Labour, Talent, Performance & Succession Planning , Compensation).

o Provide functional expertise for process design, requirement gathering, and gap analysis.

o Support HR transformation projects including process re-engineering and automation.

o Prepare functional specifications for integrations with ERP, Payroll, and external systems.

o Handle functional testing, UAT, and end-user training.

o Support integrations with Payroll, ERP, and third-party HR systems.

o Handle in data migration, UAT, documentation, and training.

Skills & Experience Required:

o 3–8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation/support.

o Strong functional knowledge of HR business processes.

o Strong hands-on experience in Core HR, Absence, Payroll, and Talent modules.

o Proven ability in HCM data migration, HDL templates, and validation.

o Experience with security roles, duty roles, and approval hierarchies.

o Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to engage HR directors and business leaders.

o Deep knowledge of Payroll localization (WPS, EOSB, gratuity, overtime, deductions).

o Ability to design HR KPIs & reports to support HR analytics and decision-making.

o Hands-on configuration of HCM modules, fast formulas, workflows, and approvals.

o Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills.

• o Experience in multi-country/multi-entity deployments preferred.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
