Oracle Fusion Functional Finance Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant with Oracle Finance Cloud experience - Fusion Cloud ERP Implementation experience in - AP, AR, GL, FA, Cash Management. Candidate must have the ability to work in an on-shore/off-shore model working with development teams across continents, managing delivery and driving automation opportunities. Relevant Work Experience of 10+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and EBS.

Job Description:

1. Implementation and Configuration:

- Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials modules, ensuring alignment with

business goals.

- Configure and customize Oracle Fusion applications to meet specific organizational

requirements.

2. Financial Modules Expertise:

- Demonstrate proficiency in Oracle Fusion Financial modules, including General Ledger,

Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets.

- Provide subject matter expertise in financial processes and recommend best practices.

3.Integration and Data Migration:

- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Oracle Fusion Financials with other

enterprise systems.

- Oversee data migration activities, ensuring accurate and timely transfer of financial data.

4.End User Training and Support:

- Conduct training sessions for end users on Oracle Fusion Financials functionalities.

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to resolve system issues and enhance user

satisfaction.

5.Documentation:

- Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and

processes.

- Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.

6.Continuous Improvement:

- Stay current with Oracle Fusion updates, patches, and new features.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.

7.Collaboration:

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their financial reporting and

analysis needs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.

- Ability of handle Supply Chain Module Production Support issues in Purchasing, Sourcing,

Supplier Portal, contract Management, I- Expense, iProcurement Fusion Applications.

Production Support Tasks:

- Triage and resolve production support tickets effectively, accurately, efficiently and be

adapt in problem/defect resolution.

- Be able to configure, support, and provide subject matter expertise by working closely\

with Systems Team, Business Teams, End Users and 3rd party vendors.

- Must be thorough in all setups on one or many Financial modules.

- Provide hands-on functional & configuration support for implemented ERP modules.

- Follow up with product vendors on SRs, Patching, Bugs and product updates through

issue closure.

- Provide functional inputs and guide the development team in developing custom

solutions and data migrations.

- Strong Period close process knowledge & experience on all modules.

- Self-sufficient in writing SQL statements to debug cause technical/functional issues.

- Excellent documentation skills, preparing various project documents viz Solution design,

Functional Specifications, Setup Documents, Training materials, Update Knowledge

Repository, SOPs & Run Books etc.

- The candidate must have good knowledge of end-to-end integrations with all the other

Oracle modules across Finance.

- Experience in writing functional specification documents and build test cases and test

scripts and perform end to end testing for development/patching etc.
