Role Summary:
The Document Migration Support Consultant will be responsible for supporting the transition of documents from the legacy Oracle system to the new Oracle Fusion platform. This includes tracking migration progress, identifying gaps (e.g., missing PDFs), and coordinating with relevant teams to ensure complete and accurate data transfer.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and report on the status of document migration activities.
Identify and escalate issues related to missing or incomplete document transfers (e.g., PDFs not migrated).
Coordinate with IT, vendors, and business users to resolve migration-related issues.
Maintain documentation of migration progress and exceptions.
Support post-migration validation and reconciliation efforts.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the same domain.
Experience with enterprise systems such as Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion.
Familiarity with data/document migration processes.
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
